"Let me say in a time when you always hear "Buyer beware" that is absolutly not a worry at Red Rock Harley. I just recently purchased my 04 Screaming Eagle from them and I have to say from the time I walked in I could see these people were different. As I walked around who ever came in contack asked if there was anything they could help me with, after all thats customer service. When I said I was just looking they simply said holler if ther was anything they could do to help. No preasure or team members fighting over a possible sale just friendly laid back service. When I did find what I wanted they were fast, fair and knowledgable about the process, Tim Saussman was excelent. Comming from an industry that is absolutly customer service driven they were spot on, overall a great experience. Heres the kicker, I take my bike in to have saddle bags put on and I get a call from Doug Branich, Sales manager telling me there was a change in the price of the bike, down it goes along with my payment, dont get me wrong I was happy with the one I had but tnow its $40 bucks less. They could have just left it alone and said nothing, who would know. But they didnt, and that my friends shows the integrity they have. I know this is a little long but I know its important for everyone to know that If your looking to ride the "Origional american dream bike" Red Rock Harly is the place to go. "Visiting from Oz, I wanted to pick up some original dealer gear. Found Red Rock Harley and WOW. What an impressive establishment. Walked in and was instantly greeted by the staff. Once we had a look around and settled into picking up merchandise, Chris Foskaris was absolutely fantastic.... he could not have been more helpful. After spending quite a few bucks Chris also was able to organize with the help of ? (Admin Manager) to ship a leather jacket back to Oz, without any dramas and at way less what I could buy to jacket back here. We will certainly be back next time I am in the good 'ol USA. "I was having an issue with my 2007 Ultra. She was turning over slow and a couple times I thought I might get stranded. I called up Matt Frost in service and explained the problem I was having with Elvira, and asked if he could get me in the next morning. He said absolutely, get her in and we'll fix it. I explained that I needed to leave by 10am and thought it was the battery but wasnt sure, and Matt asured me that he could fix me up and have me on the way by 10am for me to get to work. The battery in the bike was bad, but being that it was the original battery in the bike marked Henderson HD with a date of Nov 2006, and this was Sept 2012 I think everyone was a little suprised and no one could complain that the battery wasn't a good one and it had a nice life. Matt, the Techs in the back, and the guys washing and cleaning the bikes got me on my way a little earier than the 10am deadline and I just wanted to let them know they all get a big thank you from me, and me and Elvira are pretty damn happy now. Hope this new battery lasts 6 more years!!"

"I have had such an unbelievable experience at Red Rock Harley I tell my story to anyone who will listen. I stopped in just to look back on the 18th of May 2012 and met Ben Olsen in sales. Ben listened to my to likes and dislikes with my last bike, a 2009 Street Glide that I purchased back in Nebraska. I was kind of leaning towards a Road Glide already and with Ben's understanding of my thoughts he gave me all the pluses and minuses of a 2012 Road Glide, I agreed and decided on a 2012 Road Glide Custom. Ben put the deal together and dropped it off with Sean Bennett in Finance. While we were waiting for Sean to complete the deal Ben walked me around the dealership introducing me to people in all the different departments at Red Rock. In what seemed like no time Sean was done and I had my new ride. I thought that was pretty much the end of a great experience at Red Rock but it couldn’t have been further from the truth. I have since worked with Travis and Josh in Parts for accessories and they both have been really knowledgeable and helpful, never trying to oversell me. What has taken my whole experience so far past over the top was the Red Rock Service Department. During my walk around with Ben I met Doug Banich a Service Advisor. Doug went pretty far into detail about the Service Department telling me about the other Service Advisors and all the Technicians they have working there. I also got a pretty detailed run down on what Red Rock could do to make my bike become more than just another Road Glide. I listened to Doug but thought to myself I would be happy enough going from a 96 cube on my Street Glide to a 103 on the Road Glide. During my first couple of hundred miles of riding my conversation with Doug kept coming back to me about upgrading my engine. I stopped in several more times to talk with Doug and never got any pressure just great advice. On one of my visits with Doug I was introduced to Hiro Koiso a Master Technician at Red Rock. In talking with Hiro and getting his thoughts on what I wanted to upgrade I decide a guy who holds multiple World Speed Records wouldn’t steer me wrong. When I reached one thousand miles and was ready to have my first service done I went ahead with the upgrades Doug, Hiro and I had talked about. Hiro Koiso installed D&D 2 into 1 Headers, a Screamin Eagle Super Tuner and Heavy Breather Intake, T-Man 550 Cams, VP Clutch and a Dyno Tune to complete the build. The BEST part was picking my completed bike up. I admit I was a bit nervous about spending the extra money however the upgrades basically added another cylinder. Horse Power went from 64 to over 92 and even better was Torque going from 78 to over 108 Foot Pounds. It was so hard to stop riding that 1st day or even now. Crack the throttle at any speed and hold on, it is honestly the best money I have ever spent on additions to anything. I am totally pleased and, it SOUNDS UNREAL !!!!!!!!!!! "

"I bought my Ultra from Pete Baladino back in October of 2011. Pete was great, he took the time to explain things, and give me different insite and perspectives. He was very knowledgeable about the bike, and there was never any pressure. I must have took up at least 3 hours of his time before I finally decided to take the plunge and buy, and Pete was very patient and understanding. After I bought the bike, I needed some Harley clothes and that is when I first met Tonya Resheske. Tonya is one awesome lady who helped me out with things, helped my wife out buying me things for Christmas, and has bent over backwards for me every time I come in and provided me absolutely the best customer care I could ever ask for.. She always has a smile, and remembers my name. "I want to take a momemt to thank you guys for the outstanding customer service I received from your service department after a experiencing a mechanical break down while travelling through your city. Last Saturday, I was stranded along side the I 215 freeway in Las Vegas when my 2012 Road Glide Custom CVO had an apparent voltage regulator failure. I called to have my bike towed to your dealership and spoke to Mike in the service department who assured my they would do everything they could to get me back on the road. Upone arriving at your dealership I dealt with Doug Banich who could not have been more attentive, helpful and committed to getting me back on the road. Since it was already 5 p.m. no work could be done on the bike until morning, but Doug assurred my they would have it fixed the next day (I was shocked a Harley service department was even open on a Sunday). The following morning, Doug called me and said it was in fact the voltage regulator that failed, but they did not have a chrome CVO version in stock. Doug then got approval to remove a voltage regulator from a CVO Ultra in the showroom and put it on my bike. That afternoon I was back on the road. I've been riding Harleys for 20 years and have dealt with many dealership service departments, but none could compare to yours. I could not imagine any other dealer removing a CVO from the showroom floor for several days, just to get a stranded traveller back on the road. The customer service and I got from your staff and Doug in particular was exceptional. Although I live 230 miles away, I consider myself a loyal customer and will return. Thanks!"

" I would like to thank Bernie in the service department. The other day I was in the shop because my bike was making a terrible sound when starting and a bad sound when shutting it off. It sounded like the motor was falling apart. I left the bike at the shop, I was called very soon afterwords and told what the problems were. With the help from Bernie and his knowledge, the bike was diagnosed with three major problems. First the starter clutch was bad, it was leaking oil from the stator plug, and the compensator was coming apart. Bernie was on the phone advising the warranty department of the problems and what was needed to fix the bike. I received a call again from Bernie and advised that it was all covered under my warranty. This kind of communications between the service writer and the customer is just what makes you feel comfortable about leaving your bike at a shop. I think Bernie when the extra mile to please me and keeping me informed, you have my business from now on just because of the way I was treated. By the way, my bike was in the shop around 10:30 in the morning and it was ready for pickup around 3:30 the next day. Wow all the needed parts were in stock also, My hats off to Bernie and the repair guy Steve. Don't let these guys get away from you as I think their both keepers. Gary Indian Springs, NV."

"me and my were on our way to vegas bike fest and on the way i hit a hole in the road and my bike started with the pogo stick effect. i knew something went wrong but wasnt to sure as to what happend. so we finally arrived in vegas got there a little late and red rock harley was closed. any way went to bed woke up early and called red rock. told them of my problem and they said to bring it in. i really didnt want to wait all day for them to check out but the wife said take in so i did. as soon as i got there the service writer wrot the bike up with in 30 minutes they told me both my rear shocks blew out. si i asked if they had any progressive shocks they said they would have to order them. so i asked what my options were they said either the stock shocks or the premium shocks. so i opted for the premiums and all this took 2 hours i couldnt beleive it the dealers here were i live want the bike for a week. all i have to say is red rock rocks great service great staff i wish u were here in central valley california u got my vote keep up the great work guys and gals anytime iam in vegas which is frequent i will stop by to buy something weather it be parts motor clothes or accesorries. "i would also like to add is when redrock was done with my bike when i went to go pick it up the bike was washed. i really dont like anyone washing my bike cuz there not as picky as iam when washing my bike. but the detailer they did a very very nice job on the bike. i looked for water spots bugs on my front end and it was cleaner then a babys butt. thanks again redrock. "I came into your store on Saturday and spent 2 hours looking at a Street Glide. Bob, your Salesman spent that time talking to me, educating me, and answering any question I had. " My Sons and I were traveling through the southwest from Texas and my youngest Sons bike started backfiring and dieing. we took his bike to Red Rock dealer on S. Rainbow Matt Frost the Service Advisor took care of getting my Son's bike right into the shop to check over the problem. While I was at the dealer I meet Josha Howard in the Parts Dept. I had spoke with Joshua prior to getting to the dealship as I was interested in purchasing a differant seat for my Tri-Glide. When we got to the store he already had both the seats I was interested in set out to look over. I picked the Road Zepplin(Great choise!) my bike needed a couple wires repaired for the new seat to work. Matt got my bike right in and repaired. My Son's Bike had a bad battery they got it fixed and then to our Surprize washed both bikes before returning them to Us! Over 40 Yrs. of riding never haver I seen this done! 1st. Class all the Way Guys! I didn't get to meet any of the new bike sales people, but if they are anything like the parts and service people I think we may fly to vegas to purchase our next bike from You folks. "Doug what a guy he stood beside me all the way. He went out of his way to please us no matter how Small the request. Got a Super Trade amont Almost $ 1000.00 more than I wanted for my 2007 Ultra. We got a new 2011 Trike which with the way our health is going was just the ticket. They even brought our old bike to our house to remove the chrome we wanted to transfer to the trike.HE also kept the payment right where we wanted it. "I traveled through Las vegas area on August 3rd and 4th. I lost the exhaust nuts on the head of my bike. Red Rock was able to get me in promptly and get me back on the road. "I was in Las Vegas riding with my son and brother. My ultra stopped charging, the minute i walked into the service department i was treated very professional. The service department, mechanic and the detail person are a credit to the dealership. They had to order the parts and still had me up and running the following afternoon. It was a bad deal to have a broke down bike in such great area to ride. But, they made it happen. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!!"
